Starting as Greg Windel’s executive assistant 12 years ago, Kathy Windel’s role has developed over that time in line with her and Greg’s ownership in the business. Now she is its lynchpin, managing its financial arm, controlling its administrative functions and completely conversant with all regulatory requirements.
Kathy thrives on the variety that her role provides utilising her skills obtained from years working within the HR sector and knowledge gleaned from her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. What really distinguishes Kathy is her excellent interpersonal skills, warm and engaging personality and high attention to detail.
A forever Upper North Shore resident, Kathy loves everything about the lifestyle. Her boys have grown up and been schooled in the area benefiting from the inclusive community and relaxed way of life.
